An ideal base for sightseeing in Benacre. Warm welcome from owner. Excellent, brilliant setting just off Southwold, the restaurant and entertainment centre. Btw, located so close to the beach. No complains at all, recommend.

loved our stay. beach minutes away, cozy and modern caravan, helpful owner. had one small issue with hot water but owner sorted it out quickly. will recommend!
